A calm, structured roadmap for your family’s daily rhythm. Based on your child’s age, developmental stage and your family’s lifestyle, I’ll create a personalised routine that supports better sleep, balanced feeding, and smoother transitions throughout the day, helping you find confidence and consistency in your daily flow.

In Home Visits
Sometimes the best way to help is to come to you. My in-home visits combine expert guidance with practical, hands-on support in a setting where you and your child feel most at ease.
Signature Home Visit – £250 A 90–120-minute visit in your home to focus on your child’s development, sleep, feeding, routines, or wellbeing. Includes written notes, practical guidance, and signposting to additional resources if needed.
Extended Home Visit – £350 Up to three hours of in-home support for families wanting deeper, more hands-on help across multiple areas such as feeding, sleep, and behaviour. Includes one week of follow-up support via WhatsApp for ongoing reassurance.
Overnight Calm – £950 A full overnight stay (9 pm – 7 am) offering hands-on support with feeding, settling, and routines, followed by a morning debrief and written plan.
Concierge Postnatal Care – £1,750 Two full days of in-home postnatal support with seven days of WhatsApp contact for guidance, reassurance, and continuity.
Perfect for families who want intensive, wrap-around care through the early weeks.
Standalone WhatsApp Support (£195/week) provides weekday access to me for ongoing reassurance. Your personal Health Visitor in your pocket.
To keep pricing fair for all families, I charge travel separately for time spent beyond a 10-mile radius of ST17.
