Blank
Who is one-to-one support for?
My one-to-one support is designed for families who value personalised, discreet, and flexible care from newborn feeding and settling to toddler sleep, emotions, or behaviour. Many of my clients are professionals or public figures who prefer privacy and reassurance within the comfort of their own home. Whether you’re a first-time parent or navigating the toddler years, I provide a calm, expert presence tailored entirely to your family’s lifestyle.
What ages do you work with?
I support families from birth through the early school years, tailoring my approach to your child’s developmental stage and your family’s unique circumstances.
What makes your support different?
You’ll receive the kind of individualised care rarely available outside of Harley Street – combining 28 years of clinical expertise as a Health Visitor, Paediatric Nurse, and Gentle Sleep Coach, with the compassion and intuition that only hands-on experience brings. I combine clinical training with a warm, down-to-earth style that parents find deeply reassuring. My goal is always to help you feel informed, confident, and never alone
How flexible are appointments?
I understand that family life, work, and travel can be unpredictable. Appointments are scheduled around you, including evenings and weekends when available. For premium clients, I also offer concierge-style ongoing WhatsApp support to ensure you can reach me promptly when something changes or you need advice between visits
Do you offer in-home visits or virtual consultations?
Yes. I offer in-home visits across London, the Midlands, and surrounding regions, as well as secure virtual consultations for clients across the UK or abroad. In-home sessions allow for practical observation, hands-on reassurance, and a tailored approach within your own environment.
What if I need more help afterwards?
You can book follow-up calls, extend your WhatsApp support, or move up to a more comprehensive package if you’d like longer guidance. Many families stay connected through The Nest, my membership community for ongoing expert support and reassurance.
What are your qualifications?
I’m a registered Health Visitor and Children’s Nurse, with 28 years of NHS and private practice experience, plus specialist training in sleep, behaviour, and emotional development. I’ve supported thousands of families and am trusted by leading organisations including Asda, BabyCentre, The Portland Hospital, Harley Street Centre for Women, The Motherload and Mumsnet.
Is the service confidential?
Absolutely. Your privacy and discretion are central to how I work. I never share client details, photographs, or stories without explicit written permission. For high-profile families or those seeking added confidentiality, I can work under non-disclosure terms if required.
Can both parents or caregivers be involved?
Yes — I encourage all key caregivers to be part of the process. My approach helps parents and nannies or maternity nurses work together seamlessly, creating consistency and calm for your child.
Do you travel internationally?
Yes, I can travel for in-person support in the UK or abroad by prior arrangement. Travel, accommodation, and availability are discussed individually to ensure complete comfort and discretion.
What if I only want guidance by message or phone?
You can choose my Standalone WhatsApp Support, which offers weekday access to me for questions, reassurance, and practical advice. Many clients combine this with a home visit or virtual consultation for ongoing, flexible support.
Do you work with medical teams or other professionals?
Yes, with your consent, I can collaborate with your private midwife, paediatrician, maternity nurse, therapist, or other professionals to ensure fully joined-up care. My background in NHS and private healthcare means I’m experienced in coordinating with clinical teams where appropriate.
Do you offer gift packages or postnatal concierge options?
Yes. My Concierge Postnatal Care and Overnight Support options are ideal gifts for new parents or families needing immersive, one-to-one help. Gift vouchers and bespoke packages can be arranged on request.
